3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Payment

All payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Payment must be completed before order processing begins
Providing a false Transaction ID is fraudulent and may result in account suspension

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment verification. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong Player ID, email, etc.).

6. Prohibited Activities

Using fake or duplicate Transaction IDs
Attempting to exploit our systems
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered products
Reselling products purchased through our platform without authorization

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our support system.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tusher Gaming & Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
