💰 Refund Policy

Our Promise: If we cannot deliver your product, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • We were unable to deliver the product within the stated timeframe
  • The product delivered was incorrect or defective
  • The product key/code was invalid and we cannot provide a replacement
  • Duplicate order was charged

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully delivered and activated products
  • Gift card codes that have been revealed (even if the customer claims they didn't use it)
  • Subscriptions that were successfully activated on your account
  • Orders delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Create a support ticket in your account dashboard, OR
  • Email us at billing@tushergaming.com
  • Include your Order ID, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant screenshots
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours
  • The refund will be sent to the same bKash/Nagad/Rocket number you used to pay
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
